Announces The JRC-DMS Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we have been managed by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO) since May 1, 2002. JCAHPO also manages three other organizations, including:
* Association of Technical Personnel in
Ophthalmology (ATPO) -- the professional association for ophthalmic
allied health JCAHPO is an international organization, U.S. and Canada primarily, that certifies ophthalmic allied health professionals (ophthalmic assistants, ophthalmic technicians, and ophthalmic medical technologists). JCAHPO is accredited by NCCA and has been in existence for more than 30 years. JCAHPO participates in the Canadian Medical Association's Conjoint Accreditation (equivalent to CAAHEP). |
