Annual Report

The 2007 Annual Report is currently available. The due date for the annual report is May 15, 2008. The completed report must be submitted electronically to the JRC-DMS office, either through e-mail or via CD or memory stick. JRC-DMS improved the annual report format, beginning with the 2007 Annual Report. The new format is an Excel-based workbook, which will allow programs to build upon entries from the previous year. Because this is the launch year for the new format, all program information will need to be entered in its entirety. In subsequent years, programs will only need to update the report with any changes to contact information, staff, and statistics.
